After your 90-day free trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep your profile visible in search results. If you don't subscribe, your profile will be hidden but not deleted - you can reactivate it anytime by subscribing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to Featured or downgrade to Standard anytime. When you upgrade, we prorate your billing so you only pay the difference. When you downgrade, your Featured benefits continue until the end of your billing cycle.
What's included in the Featured plan?
Featured providers appear at the top of search results, get a gold "Featured" badge on their profile, and receive priority support. On average, Featured providers receive 3x more profile views than Standard providers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your profile will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
